AZENA Herbal Balm – Original Salve (Since 1979)
Our first-ever created balm, made since 1979. This completely natural herbal skincare balm is a blend of a traditional family recipe and the richness of Croatian nature. For more than 40 years, it has been a trusted household staple in medicinal cabinets across Croatia and worldwide.
The healing properties and unique beauty effects of calendula and comfrey, infused in sunflower and olive oil, stimulate the skin’s elasticity and natural immunity, giving it a healthy glow. Salve balms like our AZENA Herbal Balm are traditionally used to soothe, nourish, and support the recovery of damaged skin.
The name “Salve” comes from Old English, referring to balms made from pure natural ingredients to treat various skin conditions. In the Croatian language, this type of product is known as “Biljna mast.”
How to Use:
AZENA Herbal Balm is intended for topical (skin surface) application. As it is oil-based, apply a small amount to areas that need extra tender loving care — such as red, chapped, irritated, or painful skin.
Suitable for use on cuts, bruises, sprains, bone fractures, aching joints, sunburns, burns, frostbites, and bug bites.

- Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract
- Lavandula Hybrida Oil
- Symphytum Officinale Root Extract
